A: We accept checks made out to Brickengraver, LLC. We also accept PayPal and credit cards through the PayPal website. We will send you a PayPal invoice and there will be a link to pay through that. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
Q: Can you print or engrave corporate logos?
A: We have been forbidden to engrave/ print corporate logs by TLG (The LEGO Group) because it is a trademark issue legally. We can engrave engrave or print official corporate logos on our own piece, the FIG-TEE™ which is compatible with the mini-fig torso. For more information please see our Products pages. We can also print onto "clone" bricks that look like LEGO, are compatible with LEGO, but are not LEGO and are made in South Korea.
Q: What is the difference between printing and engraving?
A: With engraving the LEGO™ piece is actually cut into plastic and then we fill in the text or design with paint. Printing is where we place the LEGO™ pieces underneath our industrial printer that can print full-color images, logos, etc. directly onto plastic parts.
Q: Whatkind of artwork do I need to send you for your service?
A: For printing of color or black and white photographs a high quality .jpg or .bmp works well. However, for items that include text and for example logos, etc a true vector file--.ai, .eps, or .cdr is much preferred as they allow the manipulation of sizing without any loss of quality.
Q: Do you provide the bricks/torso/tiles?
A: We have a substantial amount of stock available. If we do not have it in stock we can usually acquire it. I do not get any discount from LEGO™ and like everyone else, I must buy my bricks on the open market. You can get a good indication of cost of indiviudal non engraved/ printed pieces at LEGO™ Pick a Brick. Please note rarer bricks/tiles/torsos will cost extra and many are not available on Pick A Brick.
